All GP practices in Portsmouth are now providing their routine online consultations from 8.00am to 6.30pm.
These consultations offer a convenient way for patients to contact their GP practice about something that does not need urgent attention that day. It can be used for various reasons – including describing symptoms, getting advice, requesting prescriptions, sick notes and managing some conditions.
The extended hours should free up practice phone lines for those who need them most and make it more convenient to access appointments.
