Come along Charter Community Sport Centre on Saturday 4 October, 10am-2pm and Try 5 activities. Find enjoyable, accessible ways to get moving.
A range of activities from family dance and netball to chair-based options and gym introductions will be on offer, all in 20-minute taster sessions.
There will also be women only sessions available.
By taking part, you can collect stamps for each activity you try and enter a draw to win prizes.
As well as the sessions there will be free health checks, places to rest and chat and information available about local leisure discount cards.
The event is completely free with no need to register; you can just turn up on the day.
