Cervical cancer develops in the cervix and lower part of the womb.Symptoms can include unusual vaginal bleeding, pain during sex, changes in vaginal discharge and abdominal cramping. If you experience any of these symptoms, speak to your GP. Make sure you attend your cervical screening appointments when you are invited to stay on top of any early development of the disease. My Future Fest is a free community event designed to help local people learn about job opportunities, training courses, and skills support. The events take place on 17 February at Buckland Community Centre and 18 February at Paulsgrove Community Centre, from 11am to 2pm The festival is aimed at residents who may find it difficult to access mainstream employment support, including unemployed adults, people with low skills and young people not in education, employment or training.
